Z J Farm 2008
Prairie Burn:To Be Announced at ZJ Farm.
We hope to burn the prairie again this year. It is very exciting and
depends on growth and weather. Likely to be the end of March, so send an
email if you would like to be contacted when we’re ready to go:

Iowa City CSA Potluck:
Sunday May 4th. 2pm-6pm at Simone’s Plain & Simple.
Our annual kick-off at Simone’s with the Iowa City CSA members. Farm
tours will begin at 2pm, with potluck dinner starting at 4pm. It is a
great start to the season and a chance to meet the farmers and other CSA
customers. Please bring a potluck dish to share, a dessert or beverage,
all your place settings, and shoes for walking around the farm. We will be
eating outside, weather permitting.
Annual Harvest Barn Dance:
Date: TBA (early-mid September) 2pm-? at ZJ Farm.
We end the season with our big 10th annual party and potluck. Tours begin
at 2pm, potluck at 5pm. Bring a main dish as well as a beverage or dessert
and place settings. We will clear out our big barn for a food, music and
dancing! Why would you want to miss our final big celebration of the 2006
season!?!
