Directions to ZJ Farm

From Iowa City:
Take Hwy 1 N out of Iowa City. ZJ Farm is located on the outskirts of Solon, so you will drive through town, staying on Hwy 1. Continue down Hwy 1 for another 3 miles outside of Solon. Turn right (east) onto 120^th Street, which is a gravel road. It is poorly marked, but there is a radio tower on the left at the intersection.

Take 120^th Street 3 miles to the ZJ farm. ZJ Farm is on the right (south) side of the street, parking in the driveway or across the street. Address is 5025.

From Cedar Rapids:
Take 380 to exit 16, Hwy 30. Head E toward Mt. Vernon. Stay on Hwy 30 until you reach the 4-way stop in Mt. Vernon, at the intersection of Hwy 1. Turn Right (south) on Hwy 1. Follow Hwy 1 over the Cedar River and to 120^th Street. It is poorly marked, but there is a radio tower on the right at the intersection. Turn Left onto 120^th St. Take 120^th Street 3 miles to the ZJ farm.  ZJ Farm is on the right (south) side of the street, parking in the driveway or across the street. Address is 5025.

Directions to Red Cedar Farm
From Mt. Vernon Rd. SE, take Memorial Dr. SE ("The Greek Place" Vernon Inn is on the corner) south till it ends at Otis Rd. SE. Turn left and go about 1/4 mi. to 2750 Otis Rd. SE (Red Cedar Farm sign). If you get to the next stop sign, you have gone too far.

From downtown, take 6th St. (south side of the post office) east; this turns into Otis Rd. at 12th Av. and you'll stay on it to 2750 Otis Rd. SE. You'll pass the Metro High/Jane Boyd area, down to the Cargill plant and river, back up to the intersection of Memorial Dr. SE (bearing right), and then look on the left for the Red Cedar Farm sign. If you get to the next stop sign, you have gone too far.
